The weekly eblast, “Chamber Snapshots”, provides mini commercial announcements to connect businesses to your business. This service is valued at over $1,200. Business Spotlights are available to our members in our printed BusinessLink Newsletter and our online version. This $500 valued service is available to Chamber members FREE of Charge. The Chamber’s newly designed website provides a resource to connect to Chamber members and their services.
  2. Small Business Development – 70 % of the Chamber’s membership is composed of companies that employ up to 50 employees. The Chamber meets their needs through discount services, workshops, workers comp, dental insurance savings, and more.
  3. Networking Events – We provide opportunities every month to get in front of potential customers with our twice a month Business to Business Networking. These sessions are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 11:30 to 1 pm. The sessions are held in the Chamber office but sometimes are taken on the road. The Chamber also offers the opportunity to network at business Ribbon Cuttings and After Hour Events.
  4. Economic Growth and Development – The Chamber is dedicated to helping new businesses by connecting them to Chamber Advisers who can directly address their needs.
  5. Governmental Affairs – The Chamber is your resource for legislation and the impact on your business at the local, state and federal level. The Chamber can also serve as your “go to” connection in getting answers for your business from the government agencies.
  6. Leadership Class – The Chamber is the only one in the region to offer a compressive Leadership Class for one day a month from September to May. These sessions are half day from 8:30 am to 12 noon, allowing the participants to get back to the office. Classes are compressive in learning leadership development, workforce development, non-profit operations, how businesses are marketed, and much more. The cost is only $395 per person for the entire year.
  7. Workforce Development – The Chamber works closely with Butler Tech, Miami University Hamilton and others key partners to provide an educated workforce for the diverse needs of businesses in our area.
  8. One-to-One Marketing – The Chamber President, Kert Radel, brings 36 years of broadcasting experience plus operating and marketing radio stations to the Chamber. This service is designed to assist members in marketing their businesses and spending their advertising dollars to achieve the biggest “bang” for their marketing plan.
  9. Chamber Major Events – The Chamber is host to three major events each year. They are the Annual Dinner in March, when the Business of the Year and the Business Student of the Year are honored. The Annual Golf Outing in May provides the opportunity to network and have a great time. The Chamber also collects donations separate from the greens fees and sponsorships for the Fallen Heroes Scholarship Fund administered by the Fairfield Community Foundation. In October, the Chamber features its Annual Business Showcase where members have the opportunity to showcase their products and services. The Fairfield Chamber hosts a program for high school Freshmen called Reality Check where they learn about real world expenses through a show staged at their school.
  10. Chamber Committees – that have an impact in promoting and growing your business. The committees include the Young Business Professionals.  This committee is designed to meet the needs of Young Professionals (YP’s) ages 21 to 40. The committee holds Lunch & Learn sessions with subjects from marketing and branding your business to assisting with your business needs. The Women N Business addresses the needs of professional business women through workshops and key After Hour events. The CEO / Senior Manger Roundtable discussions are designed to cover common issues facing our members’ companies.
