CareerFest is a unique opportunity for companies to showcase both immediate job prospects suitable for summer positions or immediate post-graduation roles, as well as future career paths that may require further training, education, or experience. We anticipate approximately 1200 juniors and seniors from Fairfield High School to attend the event, eager to explore the diverse opportunities available within various industries.
For 2026’s CareerFest, we are seeking companies passionate about engaging with students through interactive experiences that offer insights into their industry. Your involvement could range from demonstrating a sample of your products/services to showcasing a video tour of your production facility. We aim to provide students with a tangible understanding of different industries, inspiring and guiding them toward potential career paths.
