Today is the start of a new policy year for private employers, so I wanted to provide the BWC’s Safety Accountability Letter for you to share with your members. This letter outlines the safety responsibilities of TPAs, those businesses participating in Group Rating Programs, and the associations sponsoring those programs. BWC requires that this information be shared with your membership during the first quarter of each policy year.
