As an Ohio Port Authority empowered by Chapter 4582 of the Ohio Revised Code, BCFA plays a pivotal role in attracting investments, creating jobs, and enhancing the county’s economic landscape.

Under the leadership of President & CEO Joshua A. Smith, who brings over 25 years of executive experience in city management, BCFA offers a comprehensive suite of financial tools designed to support business development.
