Bryan Wright is the Executive Director of Cincinnati Compass. Bryan has dedicated his career to empowering immigrant and refugee populations, advocating for their social, civic, and economic integration. He currently serves on multiple boards and advisory councils, driving initiatives for economic inclusion and immigrant representation.

Adam B. Jones is the Director of Regional Talent for REDI Cincinnati. In this role, Adam is responsible for leading, managing and being accountable for the REDI Cincinnati talent acquisition and delivery strategy in the region, with a specific focus on attraction and expansion projects.
