NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE ACTION!

Congress and the U.S Senate are considering legislation that will have a huge negative impact on business. The Employee Free Choice Act, also known as “Card Check,” would eliminate the private ballot process in employees deciding to join a union. Private ballots protect employee free choice.

Contact your Congressman and Senator to voice your comments on this initiative.
